Whibco Ice Control sand performs very well when you face the perils of winter driving. The sand helps maintain traction in the snow and ice as well as acting as an ice melt aid.

Whibco’s pipe bedding sand is composed of rounded/ sub-angular particles that perform better that many of the bedding materials composed of crushed angular stone. The sharper pieces in crushed stone causes problems and can pierce some piping materials.

We have been supplying materials with high clay contents to brick manufacturers for many years. We have materials that have over 30% clay content and that produce brilliant results when fired in a kiln for the production of bricks. The high clay content on some of our materials lends itself very easily to use in landfill cell construction where low permeability materials are specified.

Due to our vast reserves in Southern NJ, we have ready access to large stores of topsoil. We have both screened and unscreened material available. Give us a call about your project and we can produce a material that meets your needs, even the percent of organics in the material.
